ABOUT ME

My name is Tiffany Wright, and I am a military spouse and mother of two. Balancing the demands of family, work, and constant transition taught me early how easily women can lose themselves while caring for everyone else. My personal journey through motherhood, competitive fitness, and rebuilding my own health showed me how powerful it is when people feel supported, informed, and confident in their ability to care for their bodies. These experiences shaped my passion for helping others feel grounded and capable in their own wellness.

EDUCATE

My foundation in communication began with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs, where I studied professional leadership and learned how to guide, connect, and communicate with clarity. That background continues to shape how I teach and support others.

Graduate coursework has strengthened this foundation even further. My Emotional Health course helped me develop strong motivational interviewing skills and a deeper understanding of the beliefs, barriers, and lived experiences that influence behavior change. My Social Marketing course expanded my ability to create clear, visually engaging health materials that support learning and awareness. These experiences have helped me educate others in a way that feels accessible, supportive, and meaningful.

EQUIP

Over the years, I have worked with individuals across many stages of life and health. My experience includes supporting athletes, pregnant and postpartum women, those seeking lifestyle changes, and service members in both the United States Army and Marine Corps. I have also navigated many of the same challenges myself, including motherhood, demanding schedules, and preparing for athletic competitions such as bodybuilding, powerlifting, and functional fitness.

These personal and professional experiences taught me that most people are not lacking motivation, but instead, lack tools that fit real life. Whether in one-on-one coaching, group education, or my work within Department of Defense settings, I have focused on equipping people with strategies that are realistic, individualized, and sustainable.

EMPOWER

Across every role I have held, my priority has been helping people feel confident in their ability to take care of themselves. I have created marketing materials and social media content, client education materials, and wellness resources for functional fitness facilities and the Armed Forces Wellness Center, all with the goal of empowering individuals to make informed, intentional choices about their health.

As a developing health educator, I aim to continue building learning experiences that are compassionate, practical, and rooted in evidence. My guiding philosophy is to educate with clarity, equip with accessible tools, and empower individuals to create lifelong habits that support their well-being through every season of life.
